Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags/labels intact.
• Personalized/customized stationery, used art supplies, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at venaduagency@gmail.com with photos/videos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at venaduagency@gmail.com or call +91 8668097637 with your order ID.
2. Our team will review your request and share pickup/return instructions.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store wallet credit.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size/variant issues on eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized items, and products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
